The Barnyard Buzzards is a local Monroe, WA model airplane club. We are dedicated to the safe pursuit and advancement of model aviation. We are a chartered club of the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA chapter #2953). the national organization for Model Aviation.
We have been awarded the Gold Leader Club Award. Part of the reason for this recognition is our free presentation program.
We have participated in the local scout merit badge programs, school projects, and provided programs for other adult and school age groups.
Some of our club members are willing to provide a free presentation of various aspects of the hobby.

- Show & Tell - hands on with engines, radios, and radio equipment
- Safe engine starting (actually run an engine!) indoor flight demo
- Build and fly a balsa glider (yours to keep).
