Hello Buzzards!

As I write this President’s Message for our newsletter, it is foggy with a temperature of 54 degrees. Wunderground and the Weather Channel are telling us the high for today will be around 88 to 90 degrees later this afternoon. With the warm weather we are getting into, I hope this is an

indication of how our summer will turn out. Man, oh man, get out to our field and get some stick time in. Or at least get the cobwebs off your finger and get tuned up for our club events this summer.

We have a lot of events planned for this summer that even the beginner can participate in and

President Fred Hanquet called the monthly meeting of the Barnyard Buzzards to order at 7:06 p.m., Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at the Club field with 22 members present.

Fred asked for visitors or guests to identify themselves. Mr. Jason Cogil was present and subsequently joined the Club. Welcome Jason!

Next meeting is at the Club field,

June 3rd. The meetings will be at the field until the October meeting, when we’ll resume at Alfy’s Pizza.

The June meeting will be the start of our Annual Charity auction which will conclude at our July membership meeting.

Remember, when cleaning out your hangar, that any items can be
