I would like to open this, my first and last President's Message, by thanking Fred Hanquet for his hard work and undying dedication to the BBMAC over the last 2-1/2 years as president and field manager before that. His many visions and innovations are now part of our standard operating club procedures. Thanks, Fred, from all

of us, we wish you good luck in your recovery.

Chet Blake has been nominated for President and additional nominations will be accepted at our July 8th (new date due to holiday) 7:00 meeting at the field. Vince Bell was also nominated but declined. We will

President Fred Hanquet called the monthly meeting of the Barnyard Buzzards to order at 7:04 p.m., Tuesday, June 10, 2008, a rain date,  at the Club field with 26 members present.

Fred asked for visitors or guests to identify themselves. Our newest member, Jack Peel was present. Welcome Jack!

Next meeting is at the Club field, the second Tuesday July 8, since the 1^st Tuesday is so close to the 4^th of July Holiday. The meetings will be at the field through and including the September meeting.  From October through April 2009  we’ll resume our meetings at Alfy’s
