Buzzard Droppings June 2006

Congratulations to all the winners of the Builders Competition!  It was a good event for the club and a lot of fun!

Setting goals… We all should do that.  We have planned to hold more flying events this year than ever before.  Why not set a goal to attend four of our events this year and fly a plane at least one event.

President Fred Hanquet called the regular monthly meeting of the Barnyard Buzzards to order at 6:55 P.M., Tuesday, May 2, 2006 at the Club Flying Field with 30 members present. A GREAT turn out!

The program for the evening was the conclusion of the Builders Contest and the wrap up of the Charity Auction for the Children’s Hospital Guild on behalf of Shaun

Honcoop, Dave Bell’s Grandson who beat cancer through great technology, people and care at Children’s Hospital.

Randy Turner was also present with a trailer load of R/C equipment, kits and whatnots that he was selling for Art Grabow’s estate to help Art’s wife. Randy thanked one and all for the help and again
