Buzzard’s Combat August 13, 2005

Thanks to Scott Curtis and the members (Jim) who helped with running this great safe event. It was a really nice day with nine (!) competitors.  There weren’t any ribbons cut this year, nor any mid air crashes, but the competition was fierce.  Everyone kept looking for Randy to show up and fulfill his promise of vengeance (last year someone told him a 15 size engine would be just great)!

Dean Appell won 1st place for the 3rd year in a row!  We ended up with a 3-way tie for 2nd place (that’s allowed?) with Bob Martin, Scott Curtis and Ron Swift having the same number of points.
