Text Box: Meeting Minutes May 3, 2005 — Chet Blake

President Ron Swift called the regular monthly meeting of the Barnyard Buzzards Model Airplane Club to order at 7:02 P.M. May 3rd, 2005 with 23 members present.

2 visitors were present; Sharon Hanquet and Phil Nixon

A motion was made and seconded to accept the minutes as published in the May newsletter.

Officers Reports:

President – Our by-laws require a vote by the membership for expenses $300 and over, Ron asked for a motion to pay the field rent. Motion was made and seconded. Ron asked for discussion on the motion. No discussion offered, Motion passed.
