Buzzard Droppings October 2004

Well, if you didn’t make it Saturday you missed out on a good time.

NO RAIN---------.

7 pilots and 8 spectators showed up for the event. (see my write-up on page 3, too!)

I think everyone enjoyed the events.  The 1st one was a little tricky, but we got through

 it ok.

We had a little wind which made things interesting. The neatest thing was seeing

EVERYBODY going for the spot landing area when it was only worth 20 points and sacrificing the 200 pt score on event 3. Well, better luck next time.

NO CRASHES---------------NO ACCIDENTS=======

Scott took home a $40.00 first place, Randy took home a $30.00 second, and Dean took home a $20.00 third place.

 

Well we need to have more flyers next year. The one event that really evened out the scores was the dice roll.
