Club Discussions and Announcements

Brian asked about holding a 3D show and tell. Randy said he knew a couple of people that might be willing to put on a demonstration. He’ll try to call them and report at the December Meeting. Randy also stated that the Tournament of Champions is not going to be held any more.

Show and tell

We were fortunate to have a couple of great show and tell items this meeting.

Ron Draughn brought his SHOGUN 400 Electric helicopter, displayed it, explained controls and flew it at the meeting, hovering between the tables. Great job Ron !

Charlie Higgins flew a AMA Dart, a Penny plane and other stick and tissue models around the room. He showed several indoor rubber models as part of his presentation. He discussed indoor flying opportunities. Charlie is a member of BEAMS and brought many super light weight models, . He then passed out AMA CUB models to everyone with extras. Great job, Charlie ! Many thanks from all of us.

The meeting adjourned at 8:45

Respectfully submitted, Chet Blake, Acting Secretary
