it is our annual pizza meeting at Alfy’s Pizza in Monroe. All members, spouses and guests are welcome.
Vice President, Hap Shutz, sent an email stating that he is in Hawaii and requested that his name be taken off the nominations for Vice President for 2004.
Secretary, Bob Martin, reported that we now have 55 members.
Bob reported that he had heard back from the IRS regarding the application to make the club a not-for-profit organization. The IRS sent another form and stated that the one we had submitted was incorrect. Bob has filled out the new form and sent it to the IRS. They had also requested a copy of the Articles of Incorporation which no one can find. So he has requested another copy from the Secretary of State at a cost of $10 and will send a copy to the IRS when it arrives.
