Buzzard Droppings December 2002

Text Box: What’s new on our web site?
Text Box: You know you've landed wheels up when it takes full power to taxi!

Stay out of clouds (and the fog). The silver lining everyone keeps talking about might be another airplane going in the opposite direction.

You start learning to fly with a bag full of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.

And one really sick one…
A small two seater Cessna 152 plane crashed into a cemetery early this afternoon in central Poland. Polish search and rescue workers have recovered 300 bodies so far and expect that number to climb as digging continues into the evening.

The search function has been added. More changes are on the way, but there is still room on our web site for photos of your building projects and models.  Our newsletter editor/web guy can accept electronic images (jpg, png, tiff, gif, etc.) emailed to him (ronswift@cablespeed.com)

You can also mail photos to Ron at 16325 315th Ave NE, Duvall, WA 98019.  Ron will return your original photos, if you request to get them back (and include your return address).  In either case, please include some info about the photo (who is in the photo, plane specs, etc.) Thanks to all who already sent stuff in! Look for some new building articles coming in 2003!

Dave Weber is selling his Pitts! He’s asking $450 for the plane with engine. You can reach him here: davedubb@yahoo.com 425-712-3607).

Bob Martin has this Aristo-Craft Hi Tech Challenger 720 -  7 channel transmitter and receiver with battery, on/off switch, 4 HS-402Xa servos,  servo extension wire, channel 28 crystal and charging system for sale. Make an offer!
