most of all for doing the
club taxes. I know that it is bad enough to have to do your own, but to have
to do someone else’s has got to be painful. Dave Bell and Karl Schaefer also
deserve a big thanks. Without their help I would have had to carry a lot
more of the load.
The most important goal that
I wanted to achieve for this club as president was to start us down the path
of becoming a legitimate organization with a member base that would allow us
to give back to the community. I know that the Barnyard Buzzards is a club
that is heading in that direction with well over 40 members and I am proud to
have been a part of it.
There are a lot of people
that have made it possible to accomplish the goals that we as a club have set
out and I apologize to those I haven’t mentioned by name. But both you and I
know who you are and the club owes you a big thank you. Let’s keep working
toward accomplishing those goals as a club and make this club the best flying
club around.
